If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn items can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The return costs depending on the place of origin are as follows:

  • For Italy it is 15 € + various and any related to shipping

  • For Europe it is 30 € (possible exchange rate + 15 €)

  • For NON-EU countries it is 50 € (possible exchange rate + 20 €)

To request the return authorization, send an email to customerservice@effero.it specifying the order number, the items to be returned and indicate if it is a return for refund or exchange (if necessary, specify what you want to change with). To be compliant, the garments must respect the following points:

  • They must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

  • The applied colored safety strip must absolutely not have been removed or cut or show signs of opening.

  • The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

  • Each garment must be returned including all original labels, safety bands, packaging and accessories received with the order.

  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged in any way and / or altered, nor used as the only outer packaging.

Effero reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

In the case of a refund, they will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.

  • For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days (depending on credit cards)

  • For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned immediately to the account.

  • For orders paid by bank transfer, an email is required with the IBAN code and the account holder
